Eduardo Solís Altura

Professor Solis has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Santiago and Mechanical Engineering from the State Technical University. He also holds a Master’s of Business Administration and Strategic Human Resource Management at the Adolfo Ibanez University and teaches graduated courses in management and human resources.
Since 1985 his career spanned both the public and private sectors. He worked in the renewal project of government institutions as Chief Audit Inspector in Maipú and head of group audit at the Provincial of Santiago. In the private sector he worked as a manager for Exxon Mobile, Premix Concrete Company, a subsidiary of Cement Melon and he also served as project and developmental manger for a number of large projects.
An expert in human resource management he serves as Managing Partner in Global Partners an international firm based in Santiago Chile that specializes in implementing Drug Free Workplace Programs (DFWP), education, drug testing and legal support in South American countries. He is co-author with Mr. Labatut on the first Drug Free Workplace Program to receive international certification from DATIA.
